Becoming a Releaf medical cannabis patient and accessing your medical cannabis consultations is easy, and the entire process can be done from the comfort of your own home.
Once registered, all patients gain access to our bespoke, user-friendly, and class-leading Patient Dashboard, where they can manage all of their medical cannabis needs.
That includes scheduling and attending consultations with our team of experienced specialists, who will first assess your suitability for medical cannabis treatment, and then guide you through your medical cannabis treatment journey.
Today, we will quickly explain how to access and attend your medical cannabis consultations.

Beginning your medical cannabis journey
The first step when signing up with Releaf is to check your eligibility with our medical cannabis eligibility checker. This takes less than a minute to complete and once finished, you will receive an instant response letting you know if you are potentially eligible for medical cannabis treatment.
If so, you will then be asked to share your medical records (which you can now do instantly using our NHS login feature), pick your preferred initial consultation time, and then pay your consultation fee. This fee of £99 comes with a money-back guarantee if you do not qualify for medical cannabis treatment with us (as long as all the information you have provided is accurate).
Once these steps are completed, you will gain access to the Releaf Patient Dashboard, where you can manage all of your medical cannabis needs. This includes scheduling and attending consultations with our specialists.
Accessing your medical cannabis consultation
To access your medical cannabis consultation, you will first need to log in to the Releaf Patient Dashboard.
To log in, head to the Releaf home page, and click 'Log in'. This is found in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
Once logged in, you will be redirected to the Patient Dashboard.
The Patient Dashboard has been built from the ground up to be user-friendly and easy to navigate.
On the left-hand side of the Patient Dashboard (under the Releaf logo), you will see a cascading menu. This menu will provide all the options necessary to manage your medical cannabis treatment journey with Releaf.
To schedule and attend a consultation, click on the ‘Appointments’ tab in this menu (sixth from the top). Here, you will see any upcoming consultations.
Fifteen minutes before the allocated appointment time, a "Join call" button will appear at the top-right side of the screen on your Patient Dashboard, allowing you to join your consultation.
You will also receive an SMS with a link to join the video consultation fifteen minutes before the start time.
To access your medical cannabis consultation, simply click either of these two links.
If this is your first time using Releaf's video consultation service, a pop-up will appear with the text "releaf.co.uk would like to access the microphone and camera". Please press allow. There is no need to download any external app, all you need is a mobile phone or computer with video and audio capabilities.
Please ensure your device has at least 50% battery before your consultation begins, is connected to a stable internet connection, and that you are in a quiet and private area for the duration of your consultation.
And that's it!
It's as simple as clicking the SMS link (or the "Join call" link in your Patient Dashboard), and you will be instantly redirected to the medical cannabis consultation.
