For example, the vitamins, minerals, and supplements market in the UK has grown by 13.3% on average every year since 2018 - reaching a value of £1.5 million in 2023. 

In addition to this, 8 in 10 believe healthcare services in the UK are overstretched, 1 in 3 struggle to access their GP, 57% of generic medicines are in short supply, and, potentially now as a result, 67% of UK adults are monitoring at least one aspect of their health using a digital tracking app.
