All prescription items will be sent out with a photocopy of the original paper prescription. You can also access all previous prescriptions by logging into your Patient Portal.

Sign in to your Releaf Patient Portal and select the ‘Prescription’ tab in the left hand side menu. Click on the ‘Request a Repeat’ button to choose which medication you would like to order. This will then be sent to one of our specialist clinicians for review.

Your prescription will be reviewed within 24-48 hours, although for some rare instances, we may be required to wait for a specific consultant with expertise in the primary condition.

In the UK, medical cannabis is commonly prescribed to treat or alleviate symptoms of a wide range of health concerns and conditions. If you are currently registered as a patient with another private medical cannabis clinic, you will first need to request a patient discharge letter before you can sign up as a Releaf patient. After you have an initial consultation with a Releaf medical cannabis clinician and your case is reviewed by our MDT, a decision will be made regarding issuing a new prescription.
